New York - A Jewish Case Against Barack Obama |
|
The youthful and Harvard-trained Ben Shapiro, a nationally-known columnist and author of numerous books, has released a video that makes the “Jewish Case against Barack Obama.” A 24-year-old conservative gadfly and Orthodox Jew, Shapiro notes in the video contrasts Republican John McCain and his already known and strong support of the Jewish State of Israel with Senator Barack Obama.
Shapiro also makes the case that Senator Joe Biden, while apparently a friend of Israel who says in the video “If I were a Jew, I’d be a Zionist,” actually pressured Israeli officials behind the scenes to accept a nuclear Iran.
Finally, in the video Shapiro identifies as a “flip-flop” an apparent retraction by Barack Obama about his statement on June 4, 2008 at a conference organized by the American-Israeli PAC There the senator said “Let me be clear: Israel’s security is sacrosanct. It is non-negotiable. And Jerusalem will remain the capital. And it must remain undivided.” According to Shapiro, Obama buckled under pressure from Palestinian groups and appeared to recant on an "undivided" Jerusalem the very next day in an interview on ABC News. In the interview, Obama says his words were “poorly chosen.”
A practicing attorney, Shapiro has written bestsellers such as “Brainwashed: How Universities Indoctrinate America’s Youth”, “Porn Generation: How Social Liberalism Is Corrupting Our Future”, and has appeared on hundreds of radio and television shows.

Pray that McCain win - in any case, he is definitely the far better and more qualified candidate.

And you know this HOW???? You are looking at the polls and making your decision based on that?? History shows based on the way the polls currently are that Obama will lose. It is also very fair to mention that there are many people being polled who will claim to be voting for the Socialist but when it comes to it there is no way in g'henim that they would vote for him.
The problem is that McCain is not fighting for the election as if he wants it b/c he is busy being nice guy to the libs. For the sake the country, we hope he realizes this VERY SOON and starts fighting with all he has.
Obama would be the WORST thing to happen to the country especially with a dem controlled Congress. We will be nothing diff than any of the EU countries. Obama will raise the taxes to pay for all the programs he wants to give. In the UK and other socialized countries they pay well over SIXTY FIVE PERCENT for income tax! Is that what you want here????? I certainly dont. As little as I currently make, 30-35% for Uncle Sam is still too much. You need to wake up and smell the coffee before it is way too late! Dont vote for him b/c someone at CBS, NBC, ABC, etc., said he is the messiah. If you are going to vote then please use your brains and after davening for Hatzlocha see what is for the best of the country and the best for the world.

Dont worry about the drive by liberal media and their phoney polls. I spoke to several friends involved in posting up Mccain sighns in different areas such as Florida and other frum areas. The whites and the frum Jews and a number of religious church going blacks are supporting McCain. If you put up an Abamo sighn in any Jewish area it would gone in no time. Secular liberal Jews are busy with their abortion issue and couldnt care less if another holocaust happened. McCain will win so relax.

When Obama came on to the national political scene he had to learn about foreign policy, so he picked someone to teach him. Whom? Samantha Power. She is his guru on foreign policy. And she seriously proposed that America invade Israel and set up a "Palestinian" state by force. This is the teacher, what do you think the student learned?

Are we forgetting that McCain is 72 years old with medical issues such as cancer, and the fact that he was tortured for 3 years. If something happens to him, we get somebody (Palin) who would rather see Israel be attacked if it meant hastening the 'end of days.'
Also, has anybody looked at how the economy is doing nowadays? McCain might say that everything is hunky-dory, I don't think he has to worry about a mortgage on any of his seven houses, but the Dow is now down over 2100 points since Bush came to town, maybe we do need some change.
Obama is the best hope for change that we've got.

If Obama wins, he will crash and burn and be a failed one-term president, just like the woeful Jimmy "The Dhimmi" Carter. He may even be worse than Carter because while Carter had a little executive experience as Governor of Georgia, Obama has never run anything bigger than his own Senatorial office.
And unlike McCain's VP choice, Governor Palin, Obama's Veep, Joe Biden, has never run anything either, except his mouth, and will be of absolutely no value in running the country (what else can you say about a guy who honestly believes that "President" Franklin Roosevelt went on television when the stock market crashed in 1929 -- when Roosevelt wouldn;t be president for another four years and a working TV wouldn't be produced for another 10?)

Obama's activities as a college student and community agitator would have disqualified him for being hired as an agent for the FBI. But today he is qualified to be the messiah - er President.
As a conservative, I believe McCain deserves to lose even though an Obama Presidency with a Democrat control Congress would be the second act of Jimmy Carter. Why? McCain refuses to understand the ideological fight he is against. McCain loves attacking Republicans, but won't do that to Democrats because he he doesn't want to appear partisan. Can you name legislation McCain co-sponsored with Republicans? I can't. But I know he sucks up to Democrats.
Newsflash John... you are fighting Barack Hussein Obama, the media, George Soros and the leftists around the globe. Go into a Barnes & Noble (I know it's not Glatt Kosher and they don't sell seforim) and see all the Obama books- including ones for kids. Obama is akin to a false prophet.
My vote for McCain is because he's not Obama. McCain has proved to me that my instincts were correct primary time. I knew he wouldn't be tough enough to fight the left. But if he loses, which he probably will, the best thing I can hope for is a repeat what happene after 2 years of Clinton - Republican take over of Congress and the Contract for America.

Granted the polls are showing Obamanation ahead but if you want to go by the polls the country would have gone to ghenim 8 years ago when Algore the tree lover was leading in polls or 4 years ago when John F Student Kerry who by the way served in Vietnam was ahead in the polls. The polls mean nothing especially this year when the other polls are showing that people are afraid to say out loud that they dont trust Obama and his extreme left wing social agenda for fear of being termed racial.
I for one am not afraid and I will say it. I will not vote for him because he is an extreme left winger with anti USA values & anti USA associations which he CANNOT just dismiss. He has not been truthful or even pretended to be truthful about his background and his associations. He is not ready to lead a country.

I think the biggest of the many many reasons no jew especially orthodox should vote for Obama is Obama will let Iran get nuclear weapons. Obama will let the UN dealwith Iran and we all know that policy will never ever work. Iran will develop a nuclear weapon before the 2012 elections if he is not stopped. Do you want a man who said Iran is a small country it is not a threat to America and said he will meet ahmadanajaf to be president. when Iran gets nukes so will egypt, saudi arabia, and syria. it will set off a nuclear arms race in mid east plus they will be able to do whatever they want in iraq, afganisthan and lebanon without america or israel being able to respond because they can threaten the use of nuclear weapons. is anyone else frightened by this?

Palin would rather see Israel attacked? Where on earth are you getting this garbage? Palin is the only one on either ticket who is genuinely pro-Israel, not in order to get Jewish votes or money but out of genuine conviction. I hope she does become president, because I'm certainly no fan of McCain.

Did you forget about Rev. Wright and William Ayers and Louis Farrakhan and Rizo and Saiid and Michelle?
I iy"H, will not vote for Obama. If he's tricking us, and he really chose those friends, he is a fraud and he has bad intentions and bad taste. If he really didn't realize that all those friends are highly suspect and devious, then it means Obama is a very poor judge of character and can be easily fooled. Today I spoke to dozens of people from all walks of life and all told me there is no choice but to vote for McCain. I also noticed lots of McCain stickers on Ocean pkwy as I drove by. It seems the McCain people are active. In fact I heard that many young Jews are travelling to various key states where there are large Jewish populations to encourage them to vote against Obama. It looks good so dont be fooled by the liberal media. I recall republican Pataki was behind 10 points a week before the election against democratic governor Cuomo. In the end Pataki won by two points. Kerry too was behind 11 points against Busch and Busch won. Dont fear the polls. What the media does not realize that the orthodox abd chassidic population has grown by leaps and bounds. The average family has 8 to 16 kids and marry at 18. We orthodox Jews vote in blocks and so do the born again christians. The liberals on the other hand have shrienking families if any and each day they get weaker.
