Gaza – Hamas on Wednesday posted a video on Islamist propaganda web sites showing what it claims to be exclusive footage of the organization’s units responsible for the construction of underground tunnels in Gaza.

The video, which was released prior to the latest rocket fire at Israel and the subsequent IDF reprisals, shows Hamas terrorists simulating their activities as if they were fighting Israeli soldiers.
The clip depicts Hamas gunmen doing battle against Israeli positions, tanks, homes, and even civilians. It also shows a simulation of Hamas rocket fire on Israel as well as the takeover of an IDF post and the killing from short range of an IDF soldier.
The video appears to be sophisticated in its production and editing while revealing a number of interesting insights into the method of operation employed by the special Hamas units.
The Hamas operatives are shown digging tunnels, evacuating wounded fighters, engaging in camouflaged stakeouts, and staging commando operations.
