Police say riot control forces clashed with young Palestinian protesters early Sunday at the hilltop compound in Jerusalem’s old city. Police said the masked protesters threw rocks and firecrackers but added that the incident was under control.

The site, known as the Temple Mount to Jews and the Noble Sanctuary to Muslims, had experienced several days of unrest in recent weeks.

Sunday’s violence occurred just ahead of the Jewish holiday of Sukkot, when many Jews visit Jerusalem.

The savages are testing israel’s supposedly new commitment to getting tough on rioters! As soon as Israel starts retaliating, the savages will start screaming brutality, and amnesty intl, the UN, obama, and the other anti Semites y’s will all start condemning Israel for using “disproportionate force.”
