Washington – The Supreme Court won’t hear a challenge to New York state’s requirement that all children be vaccinated before they can attend public school.

The justices on Monday let stand an appeals court ruling that said the policy does not violate students’ constitutional right of religious freedom.
The appeals court had also upheld a federal judge’s ruling that students exempted from the immunization policy for religious reasons could still be barred from school during an outbreak of a vaccine-preventable disease.
Three parents had challenged the requirement after their children were barred from attending school due to the policy.
New York officials said the policy was in the best interest of public health.

At a time when even American is letting in thousands of undocumented immigrants enter the country, with who knows what diseases, it is crucial to get all the vaccinations. Not doing so exposes the children to horrible illnesses and diseases Americans forgot about.
It is amazing how so many people lose all their skepticism and have so much faith and trust in “THE ESTABLISHMENT”. The recent debacle with the Pandemrix Vaccine should have been a wake up call to reevaluate all vaccines for safety. The fact that three different vaccines for the H1N1 virus were thought to be all the same and completely safe and yet now it is discovered that a small variation in the one of them may be the cause of a narcolepsy epidemic should cause some serious questioning. First lets talk about Autism. Many have pointed to large scale epidemiological studies that claim to have shown no link between MMR vaccines and Autism. However we now see from the H1N1 vaccine study that you would have to conduct a study on each vaccine from each manufacturer separately in order to conclusively prove safety. In fact you would have to conduct a study on the same manufacturers vaccines from different lots and different years as we now see that tiny variations can have a potentially large effect. Most importantly, the strong anecdotal evidence of a link between vaccination and brain damage such as Autism should no longer be cavalierly dismissed as a temporal association. It may be that there is a subset of children with a particular genetic makeup or immune response that will respond adversely to vaccinations just like those who developed Narcolepsy from the Glasko Smith Kline Pandemrix vaccine.

In the meantime the immunisation drug loy political $ passed laws that the drug companies can’t get any law suits from damage their drugs cause and instead the government should pay.
Indeed the government (your tax dollars) has already paid out BILLIONS of dollars to PROVEN death and damage from immunisations.
