I try hard to keep an eye on the mirrors if a police is approaching and when I see one, I move on and go around the block and stand there once again. They know that, therefore they will approach the windshield as fast as they can before you take off. If you beat them and they are still on the side of the car they can and will make up a story in order to take revenge. It is well known that if you insult a police officer while giving you a ticket they will make up another few, and if they really want to put you in place they will claim that you hit them. The best thing to do when getting a ticket is to cooperate. Once a police lady gave me a ticket for double parking (I was sitting in the driver’s seat), I told her a nice thank you, and I saw that it made her feel awkward for being cruel (a nice police officer will gently show you to move). ”
