NYPOST.com (http://bit.ly/1S9uDMv) reports that David Possner, an administrator at MS226 in South Ozone Park in Queens, states in court papers that co-workers labeled him a “bad Jew” after he responded to their texts about a work assignment using his smartphone during the High Holidays.

Possner said that upon bringing the incident to the school’s principal, Rushell White, she responded by saying, “Maybe you are a bad Jew.”

Possner’s suit also claims that Principal White also stated she had “one Jew too many” while on school property.

Desecrating the holiday is between him and his Maker and doesn’t justify in any way, shape, form or manner their harassment and torment.

I firmly believe our country is completely over litigated with every ‘shmerel’ suing each other but in this case sue them for their last penny!

Did any of you G-d’s policemen see the second-last sentence of this article? You people defend anything that fits your superfrum agenda, even blatant antisemitism.

He or she probably demanded some sort for special treatment because of being Jewish. Goyim pick up pretty quickly on hypocrisy.

If I do not come to work on Yom Tov yet send emails, what kind of message is that?
