Trump says on “CBS This Morning” that he and Christie spoke after the New Hampshire primary Tuesday, in which Trump won a big victory and Christie fared poorly. Seeking endorsements from any rivals that quit the race, Trump said of Christie, “He’s a friend of mine. I’m surprised he didn’t do better.”
He adds: “I’d like to see a lot of people drop out.”
Christie has cancelled an event Wednesday in South Carolina, an organizer says.
“Christie Talked About Quitting Race.”
Does that mean he’s coming back to Jersey to stay? Who needs him?
Maybe it’s because I’m in Chicago and not one of his constituents from NJ or close by NY, but I happen to like him and I’m sorry to hear that he’s dropping out. He seemed to be a fair minded person that could talk to the other side of the isle without calling them names. We need someone that can not only work together with the nations of the world, but firstly be able to work together with ALL of the law makers of the United States.
Oh boy…a beaten and pissed off Christie back in New Jersey! I bet the bully has a tantrum. Jerseyans duck!
NJ needs him back especially after all the corruption by the democrats the past few decades.
