Mumbai - Outrage. Anger. Pain. Tears.

No words.

What can we even say?

How can we fathom a two-year-old who won’t see Ima again ad ki yavo Shilo?

How can we comprehend two ehrliche mashgichim catching a simple maariv on business who will never come home?

And how can we even begin to understand the loss of the kedoshim, Rabbi and Rebbetzin Gavriel and Rivkah Holtzberg, who lost their own lives after a holy career of giving of their own lives? And before 30?

Ribbono shel Olam…

Today, we are all Toldos Avrahom Yitzchok Chasidim. Today, we are all Israelis. Today, we are all Chabad. No distinctions. Just Jews.

Perhaps an even bigger tragedy is that it took this tragedy to bring us together.

We might not know what to say. But now we know what to do. Stick together.

Because there was a little house, in a corner of the world most of us never heard of, where Ahavas Yisroel lived.

Now, that Ahavas Yisroel lives on. In our houses. In our hearts. It must. The victims would have it no other way.

What to do? Carry on.

Because if we become afraid, they won. If we are crushed, they won. If we remain depressed, they won. If we let this destroy our lives, they won.

Advertisement:

If we do the opposite, we win. And they lose.

So let’s win. Let’s continue. Let’s march forward. Let’s continue doing everything we always did.

But let’s do more than that. Let’s give more tzedakah. Let’s learn more Torah. Let’s be more tolerant, less dismissive, of each other.

Let’s fight darkness with light.

We did it for the past two days. We can, we must, continue.

Above all, let us not be afraid. Let us hold our heads high. Let us walk the streets victorious. We are Jews. We are one. We are proud. And they can never destroy us.

They have death. We have life. They await the Gates of Hell. We embrace the gifts of Heaven.

They have Al Qaeda. We have “al tirah.” [Hebrew word of Al Tirah translates to "Do not fear"]

Forward! March!

Yes, we are all Jews. B'Achdus. Together. In Unity.

The news organizations call the building an ultra Orthodox Jewish Center.
It's a center, yes. However, It is for ANY Jew who wishes to come for a Minyan, for a meal, and for a spiritual uplift (very common in India), those who are searching for meaning, searching for their roots. Regardless of 'affiliation.'

EVERY Jew was welcome.

Let us resolve to continue that mission in each of our homes and cities across the world. We will continue their mission as best as we can.

Yes, it's an indescribably tragic day for the families and for Klal Yisroel, but not a word for the HUNDREDS of dead and maimed non-Jews? What about a little rachmunes for them and the THOUSANDS of surviving family members they leave behind? And don't tell me we grieve for everyone but we concentrate on the Jews because they're family. When this atrocity first began and it wasn't clear that any Jews were involved, our community was totally uninterested -- we just didn't care because we thought only goyim were being attacked. Check out some of the comments on the early posts. For shame. May Hashem comfort the mourners of Zion --and the mourners of all the human beings killed in this monstrous attack. May He avenge the blood of all His creations -- Jew and non-Jew alike.

Nov 28, 2008 at 10:21 AM Hindy Says:

My daughters & sons in law are on Shlichus overseas. You have no idea of the Meseiros Nefesh our Shluchim have...from Arizona to Zaire, the risks of attack are great (look at what happened in the LA day care a few years ago.) As Lubavitchers they are openly "different" as are all frum Yidden & Chassidim who wear their Levush.

I can't begin to explain what a mother of Shluchim feels like every day. How proud we are, how we know we raised our kids in the Derech of our Rebbeim, but how terrifying it is. B"H our Shluchim will not be deterred; rather, they will go M'chayil el Chayil to search out and support every Jew in his city, every Jew whom he meets.

As for the other victims: there are no words to describe the pain each of us feels for their families. There's a saying: Chassidim ein Mishpacha." Well, it's the same for EVERY Jew, Chassid or not. When one is cut we all bleed.

As an individual it was heartwarming to see the tremendous Achdus everyone had, the genuine concern, the Tefillos & Tzedaka, & Challah baking that went on. Even little children were saying Tehillim. May Hashem grant us all the wisdom to keep the Achdus & to not let petty trivialities get in the way of Ahavas Yisroel, in the Zchus of all the Kedoshim killed in this terror.

Thank you for your love & support.

Rav Paltiel, a Chabad shaliach on Long Island appeared on CNN this morning.
He spoke of how great was the Torah knowledge of Rav Holtzberg. He could have spent his time writing seforim, or been a Rosh Yeshiva. Instead, he chose to go all the way to India to help people.
He mentioned that tomorrow, Shabbat, is the birthday of the 2 year old son of the shaliach, Moshe, who escaped with the nanny. He asked that everyone honor Moshe's birthday with acts of kindness, putting on Tefillin, and giving charity.

Yasher koach on an editorial that speaks for all of us.

Let's face it, there have been so many messages from HKB"H over the past years, from 9/11, to the intafada to mercaz harav to the financial crisis. Have we changed? Or does it last a day or two until we're back to normal with the machlokes, sinas chinam, etc.?

As a community, let's all make an effort to get the message. Let's change. Let's do what we can to rectify the machlokes currently plaguing some chassidish sects and some yeshivos. Let's implore our leaders to DO SOMETHING about the machlokes. Let's do what we can to prevent kanoim from causing chilul Hashem and lashon hora.

Most importantly, we have to keep learning, davening, and overall making a kiddush Hashem with every step we take and every word we say.

We're the community and it starts with us.

We need to always remember how we were glued to computer screens frantically jumping from site to site looking for updates on these kedosihim a"h hy"d. Let it always serve as a reminder of how precariously precious every neshama is, how gut wrenching is the news of the loss of only one... there is no need to dilute this point any further with words. But we need to keep this in mind.

Baruch Dayan HaEmet to all of their families.

Well said... It just shows how we are all Jews and we have a responsibility for each other. We may not agree with each other's minhagim, but we are all children of the RSO.

I know I learned a lot from this heinous act of terror. But more importantly, I am proud that Jews were able to take care of each other in a foreign land. I may not agree with all of the Lubavitch minhagim, but I will be forever grateful for what they did for me and my sister when we students at different dormitory universities. They kept both of us from falling of the derech. To this day, I continue to have a special relationship with my old Chabad House. The rabbi was an witness at my chupah.

I may not agree with charedi minhagim either, but they were on a kashrut mission that helped many of us expand our palates. Plus from what it sounds like, they were just innocent businessmen joining a maariv minyan. Who would think that a shul would be a place to die?

Folks, remember these kedoshim before we start ripping into each other with our stupid arguments and discussions.

Shabbat Shalom and may we be privaleged to have Moshiach come now.

Hashem has given us a forwarning that we should be prepared to defend ourselves. There should be an armed guard stationed at every yeshiva and Beis Yaakov. We should also have armed security guards at our shuls. They can be plainclothes. Perhaps we should go and get pistol carry permits and carry them even on shabbos and Yom Tov. The Reshaim have demonstrated that even a Frum peacful non zionist Jew is a target even with a baby. Even woman and children. There is no question that this was just a dress rehearsal. We are stupid if we ignore it and rely on the NYPD or the FBI or anybody else but Hashem and a firearm for our protection.

My heart breaks for the kedoshim, who perished alst kiddush hashem. In their zechus let us use the achdus displayed in praying for their release as a spring board to overall achdus. Let this be a clear message from Hashem that we must improve ourselves. I, for one, have made a hachlutah in the zechus of these neshomos, that at all costs I will avoid loshon horah, especially the shmutz on the internet from so-called frum (or ex-frum) bloggers. We are making a chilul hashem on a daily basis, now is our opportunity to make a kiddush hashem. Again, this is my personal choice and just a suggestion/observation that I have made.

A REAL KABULEH OIF L'HABU and Musser Haskel. I know of a great (very) large heimishe family where their father went through a long term heart illness, while spending months in the hospital there were always 1 or 2 of the kids with him all the time. one day one of the nurses told the kids how nice it is to have such a large family there is always someone with daddy, so the son answered "Right, but we all brought him here.
what I mean to say " let's not talk love to our fellow jews in an eis tzoroh" we should do this before it brings us to an eis tzoroh.

How it all started? It started in the UN (the house of lies). Last week, the president of the UN general assembly, the ambassador or Nicragua (a country that is guilty of the most henious humna rights violations), called Israel an apartheid state, and that it should be boycoted by the western world. IN history, we see it became normall, and justified to go after apatheid states (South Africa). The message coming out of the UN, is that Jews blood is cheap. Hitler Ymach"sh would be proud od the UN. IT is about time we as Americans, Israelis, Jews, said enough of this waist of space (and Co2 emissions), and get rid of it. They cause to much trouble in the world.
More importantly, we have to scream out to Hashem, enough, we need Moshiach Now!

i've accepted some facts of life -
- there are violent people who don't share my value and moral perspectives.
- life is not fair. period.
- no one has explanation or justification for everything.

so I can -
a. make myself more comfortable by partnering with an "entity" that I decide DOES have the explanation, (I can call him god), or
b. accept the reality that not everything is explainable.

"a" is neat because there's always an explanation, i just don't know it, and as long as i hang on to my god, i'm in good hands that explains all
"b" can be uncomfortable. who likes uncertainty?

but.

with "a" i can get constantly disappointed and have to continue to "right" myself. i also can stop accepting responsiblity for thinking. god told me to do this. god will take care of this.

with "b," s*** happens. it does and it will and it's part of life and everything i say or do i must own up to and accept full personal responsibility.

oh. and "a" mentality created the recent events. the perpetrators just have a different god.

As I try to post here my unending tears prevent me from clearly seeing the screen. These holy neshomos are now safe from any further harm that these rozchim ym"s and their ilk can impose on them. As quoted in Chazal, Hashem sometimes takes back His most precious neshomos way before their time. These holy people who gave up their pure lives al kiddush Hashem will now be bask in the glory of the Shechinah that we all aspire to. We cannot even imagine the true schar that awaits them in the Olam Emess.
However, we the living have our job cut out for us. We must emulate the unbelievable ahavas Yisroel these people had for their fellow Jews. The unbelievable sacrifices that they made to maintain a Torah lifestyle gives us a guide how we should be living our own lives. They accomplished more during their short presence on this world than many people accomplish in their complete lifetimes. These are the type of people that would have hastened the end of our bitter golus.
Yidden.
Love your fellow Jew without reservation and without hesitation and without limitation. Let us help each other whenever the opportunity arises. Whether it is with a loan, a shidduch, visiting a sick person or just giving chizzuk to someone facing the inevitable challenges of life.
We are all different parts of the same guf and when one part hurts the whole body feels the pain.

It was not the Israeli embassy or the Indian Jewish businesses that were targeted. It was those who publically proclaim their Jewish identity: practitioners par excellence of Gemillas Chesed: acts of compassionate loving kindness, a national character trait original to the Jewish people. Chabad is today the global face of that noble moral quality. Our enemies recognize those whose lives are permeated with caring for the other, rather than personal or national domination. Who is a Jew? Those to whom the murderers pointed their triggers. To the extent that we identify with the meaning of life demonstrated by Gavriel and Rivka, we demonstrate our essential Jewishness.

He wants us to shield them from the influences of the outside world, to be more involved in their lives, and to love them at the same time. Hashem is showing His true love for us with this act. Yitzchok Says:

You can tell us not to say it's because we're family, but that's the truth - we are family! Nobody gets THIS outraged unless its family, or physically close to home. Yes, people get upset, but not THIS upset. Is most of New York as upset over this as they were over 9/11? In theory they should be, but it's human nature not to be.

Tragedies like this happen throughout the world almost every day. Every 6 seconds a child dies of starvation somewhere in the world. Every single day the newspaper carries stories of murders throughout our country and the world. Do YOU get THIS upset over every single tragic item you read in the news?

Getting to the point, did you even get THIS upset over this, our own tragedy? Or did you only get upset because others didn't get upset "enough" about the non-Jews in your opinion?

 Nov 29, 2008 at 02:50 PM A Jew Says:

Boruch Dayan Haemes.
I had never even heard of these Shluchim, so to speak... yet it hurts as if I have lost my own brother and sister. I'm still in shock, and every time I go through what happened, I think that maybe there's been a mistake, maybe those 5 hostages are really still alive, maybe there's sill hope.
But then I get snapped back to reality. And reality hurts.

These Chabad Shluchim, they were doing their job, fulfilling the Lubavitcher Rebbe's directives, literally Ad Mesiras Nefesh....let us not waste their Mesiras Nefesh.

These Kedoshim, they were commited to the depths of their souls.
They gave up their lives, they literally gave up their lives, just so that another Jew will have a home away from home, so that another Jew will have a Bris Milah, so that another Jew will learn a little bit about who he really is.

Let us take that fire of their holy Neshomos, to make us stonger, to make us resistant, and to go further then we can even begin to imagine.

Let's use it to care.

When you ask someone the traditional 'how are you?'....wait to hear their response...they may really need someone to talk to just then.
When you see someone that needs help, instead of just walking on by.....stop and care, you may just change someone's life.
When someone gets you so mad, and you want to respond in kind...hold yourself back, take a deep breath, and see how you can change the situation for the better without lowering yourself and degrading the other person.

Currently there is a lot of negative media about Chabad, which sometimes drowns out the positive. Let this extremely sad and unfortunate event, serve to show that at the core, at the very essence, Chabad is being Moser Nefesh for the rest of Klal Yisroel. Chabad are at the front lines.
Next time, you have a negative opinion brewing up in your mind. Counteract it by thinking about the real truth.
Who's there when cities are flooded, and help is needed for everyone, regardless of race or religion?
Who's there to ensure that at the far ended corners of the world, not one Jew is being forgotten?
Who's there physically, spiritually and emotionally for any one at any time?

Whether it's a Frum Jew who needs a Minyan and Kosher food in some far out country, or a 45 year old business man who's having a mid-life crisis, or a young couple who have never heard about Taharas Hamishpacha. The list goes on and on, everyone knows that if they ever need anything, any help of any kind...even if it's just someone to talk to...they can just walk into their local Chabad house.
(For those of you who didn't know that...now you do.)

Let's use the strength of these Shluchim to inspire us to do good, to help, to listen, to be there, to do whatever we can to bring about the ultimate redemption, when the whole world will know of Hashems' glory, when the whole world will realize the truth. and when the whole world
will unite as one to fulfill Hashems' wishes.

Nov 29, 2008 at 01:08 PM Big Masmid Says:

Ribono Shel Olom Please..........

This is probably one of the most tragic happening in our life time to be able to comment on, its so sad for all of us no difference if we knew the victims or not, its a loss for all of Klall Yisroel. May Hahem give their families and us comfort and lead us to the Geulah in the near future, Amen.

I was thinking what lesson can I take from this tragedy for my self, please allow me to share a couple of points that I have derived from this situation, to try and better myself.

First, we always have to remember that Chazel teach us that NOTHING ever happens in the world by itself everything that happened since the first moment of creation is all done and approved by Hashem Yisborch.

Second, we have to believe that what ever happens is good for us, even though we can't see how something so tragic could possibly be considered to be good, but once we know that Hashem made it happen it has to be good for us, Hashem is only good Ruchum V'chunun.

Third, the people who Hashem ended their life so suddenly must have been very great - special people they have tremendous Zechusim, for example they where able to unite Klall Yisroel and have all of us at all parts of the globe, Daven for their safety etc.20 - 30 hours around the clock, when was the last time that we all felt so close to each other and have Yiden all over the world pray so much same time to Hashem.

Forth, where did it happen? in a Bais Hamedresh a Shul: lets examineour selves if are we careful with the full amount of respecting for a Shul / Bais Hamedresh as it says in Shulchan Aruch? what presentage of us can honestly say that we go to Shul JUST to Daven and not to shoselize? are we on guard not to answer our cell phones during Davening? do we pray with Kavonah? how many keep quiet during Laning when we read from the holy Torah? (and not join the Kiddush club) sad to say, I have visited places that there is so much talking during Davening thats its a Chilul Hashem to step into a so called Shul.

Fifth, one of the Kedoshim at the seen was a Mashgiach for Kashrus, I think it about time that we are more careful what we eat and who we trust to certify what foods enter our homes and systems. We cant go with the idea well, when I go to a Shimcha I rely totaly on the Mashgiach we have to go into the kitchen and see who are we relying on, would I rely on him for a business advise too? or if some one mentions that a cretin product is questionable do we care?

Sixth, the Kedoshim where hostages, WHY? maybe because Hashem is crying out to us and saying: I (Hashem) am a hostage for about "two thousand years" please return back to me, do Teshuva, and get me back to the Bais Hamikdosh, A.S.A.P.

May we all use this experience and get closer to Hashem, do Teshuva and be zocha to the Geulah in the near future.

We ought to all stick together, because when the hitlers/plo/muslims come for us, they won't segregate us into little groups: israeli, m.o., haredi, chassidic, etc. - they'll treat us all as one, so perhaps we should all behave as one people.

Question: What do we learn from this??

"to take a mother away from a 2 year old!!!"

the Rebbe once said (after the murder of Pesha Leah Lapine, H.Y.D.) that the worst torture for a mother in yennem velt is to see someone else raising her children ...

Time for israel to make use of their nuclear arsenal.

Kill them all, till the last one.

I know some will say that innocent will also be killed, but sorry to say, This is the only way.

We stopped Japan by killing innocent people and we have had peace and harmony with them since.

The sooner we do it, the more innocent we can save.

Who do you exactly mean ? About 1 billion people from the world are muslim. All of them??????????

Chabad's response to this tragedy is so inspiring. You have to read this letter:

http://www.chabad.org/library/article_cdo/aid/774032/jewish/What-is-our-response-to-the-massacre.htm

----------------

Dear Rabbi Freeman,

I can't handle this. Here's a young couple with a small child who left their families to live in a strange land, just for the sake of helping build the Jewish community there. You know how many kids they saved from drugs and from prison? This is their reward? This is the protection G‑d gives them?

--S

Dear S,

We're all in pain. We're all stunned. But you are asking questions you know you cannot answer. Why? How will that help anyone? What we need now is strength and courage. What we need now is to regather our forces and to rebuild.

We knew beforehand that we are at war with an enemy. We knew that the world needs to be healed, that it oozes with a venomous darkness, and that darkness will not sit passively as we steal away its dominion. We knew that the more we fight this darkness, the harder it will fight back. We didn't fool ourselves. We decided we will fight and we will win. That is why Gavriel and Rivky went where they went. They went not as tourists, but as fearless soldiers.

Once you are at war, you don't stop to ponder all over again—can we win? Is this worth it? Maybe they're worse than we thought? That's deadly. If you would rather stay home and enjoy comfort while the rest of the world sits out in the cold, you should have decided that a long time ago. Now you are out there on the field of battle, you have already awakened the bear from its den, now there is no turning back.

They are darkness. We are light. They storm the shores with death in their eyes. We come to teach compassion and acts of beauty. They carry assault rifles and grenades. We carry candles for Friday night, a Torah of wisdom, joy and beauty.

Are we to surrender before them? Are we to stop and cry and ask, "maybe we're fighting the wrong battle"?

This Saturday night, a young couple is leaving Israel to take the place of the Gavriel and Rivky. We, all of us, will help them. The Chabad House of Mumbai had five stories. We will build a ten-story Chabad House in Mumbai, with greater light, with greater joy, with even more voices singing the Shabbat songs and children kissing the Torah scroll. We will build with a vengeance. We will fill the world with light and wisdom and the spirit of darkness in men's hearts shall forever perish. They come with their guns and their might, with a god of destruction and terror, but we come in the name of the Eternal, the source of all life and healing. They and all memory of them will vanish from the face of the earth and our lamp will burn forever.

May the Almighty G‑d hear the cry of their blood from the earth and put an end to all sorrow. May it be very soon, sooner than we can imagine.

Letter For "our nephew" Moshe

Dear Moishe,
My wound is fresh, my tears have not yet dried, and my heart is broken
but still I want to wish you a Happy Birthday. I thought of you on
your 2nd Birthday and so did thousands of other Mommies. Your mommy
was probably planning a beautiful birthday party for you in your
Chabad house, singing "Happy Birthday" at your Shabbos table while you
clapped in delight as all the Shabbos guests joined in, smiling and
admiring your absolute cuteness. Then she and Tatti would lovingly hug
you and shower you with millions of kisses and bentch you in front of
everyone that you should grow to be a Chassidishe boy a Yiras Shomayim
and a soldier in Hashem's Army and the Rebbe's army, but the Aibishter
had other plans for your parents and the Birthday was not a happy one.
Your Upshernish, Bar Mitzvah and every birthday in between and after
will be also your heilige parents Yartzeit! Moishele you are the
Mumbai Miracle, thanks to Sandra and the Aibishter who guarded and
saved you. You are here because you will be the living legacy for your
parents and carry on all that they stood for. You have their koichois
within you! Although you are way too young to understand, one day soon
you will realize your parents are kedoishim and gave their lives Al
Kiddush Hashem Mamosh. They lived in India, far from friends and
Bubbies and Zeides and relatives. They sacrificed all comforts of
living back home where kosher food, Chassidishe education, and decent
living surroundings are readily available, all to be able to bring
Yiddishkeit to any person traveling or living in India. Moishele, in
the five years your parents lived there do you know how many lives
they've touched? So many people put on Tefillin, light shabbos
candles, and keep kosher all because of your mommy and tatty. So many
people have written stories and letters about your parents and how
special and amazing they are. People around the world even those who
don't know them, love them and feel pain and at a loss of words that
they are gone. For me, dear Moishele I have no words of comfort to
express to you, that you have lost both your parents. I feel as if I
lost a brother and sister. I feel as if you are my nephew. My children
feel as if you are one of them. Moishele, the only words of comfort
that we can offer you is that wherever you go in this world whether it
is anywhere in the United States, China, Russia, Australia, Africa,
Israel, Canada, or anywhere in Europe you will always have thousands
of "mommies and tatties" "brothers and sisters" who will welcome you
with open arms and loving hearts just like your parents did for every
single person. In memory of your parents we will all fight harder and
stronger in the Rebbe's army. We will do more and encourage others to
do more. In the last few days thousands of people around the world
said extra tehillem, did an extra mitzvah, lit Shabbos candles,
accepted tefillin, and determined to do extra acts of kindness all in
the z'chus of your parents. You see, your parents continue doing
shlichus even from shomayim, they don't give up. Moishele when I tuck
my kinderlach into bed at night I will think of you. When I read them
a story, say Shema, and turn off the light I will think of you. When I
hug my youngest son Shneur Zalman who is your age, your image will
also be in my mind. Your parents were a part of MY family and you will
always be MY family. You may have lost your biological parents but you
have over 3500 "mommies and tatties" around the globe. We love you
Moishele and you will always be on our minds. May Hashem avenge the
blood of your parents and send us the Geulah immediately, so you can
be reunited with your real mommy and tatty once again.

With lots of love and heartfelt emotion,
Shlucha and Mother,
Tzippy Weiss

I am crying my eyes out, Why Hashem? Why do the good ones suffer? Why ?

you want to know why??? I dont know for sure but maybe.....

The Mumbai - India situation is probably one of the most tragic happening in our life time, it's painful to comment on, its so sad for all of us no difference if we knew the victims or not, its a loss for all of Klall Yisroel. May Hahem give their families and us comfort; help lead us to the ultimate Geulah in the near future, Amen.

I was thinking what lesson can I take from this tragedy for my self, please allow me to share a couple of points that I have derived from this situation, to try and better myself, I am not trying to point fingers at any one, I'm simply thinking out loud.

First, We always have to remember what Chazel teach us, that NOTHING ever happens in the world by itself, everything that happened since the first moment of creation is all done and approved by Hashem Yisborch.

Second, As Jews we have to believe that what ever happens in our lifetime is good for us, even though we can't see how something so tragic could possibly be considered good, but as we know that it's Hashems doings it must be good for us, Hashems ways are only good he is a Ruchum V'chunun, there has to be something "good" for us hidden in every difficult situation that we are not on a level to imagine yet.

Third, The people who Hashem ended their life so suddenly must have been very great - special people, holy Neshomes, they have tremendous Zechusim, as a amall example, they where able to unite Klall Yisroel have all of us, no matter of our background, from all around the globe, Daven for their safety etc. 50 - 60 hours around the clock, when was the last time that we all felt so close to each other having Yiden all over the world pray so much, same time, for the same topic to Hashem.

Forth, Where did it happen? in a Bais Hamedresh a Shul building: lets examine our selves and see if are we careful with the full amount of respecting one has to have for a Shul / Bais Medresh as it says in Shulchan Aruch? What percentage of us can honestly say that we go to Shul JUST to Daven and not to socialize? Are we on guard not to Shmuz or not to answer our Cell / Mobil phones during Davening? Do we pray with enough Kavonah? How many keep quiet during Laning when we read from the holy Torah? (and don't join the Kiddush club) sad to say, I have visited places that there is so much talking during Davening that's its a Chilul Hashem to step into a so called Shul... So why do we wonder why Hashem is showing us so much anger.

Fifth, One or more of the Kedoshim at the seen was a Mashgiach for a very reliable Kashrus organization; I think it time that we are careful what we eat and whom we can trust to certify our foods, what foods enter our homes. We can't go with the attitude when I go to a Shimcha / Kidush / Hotel / Restaurant etc. I rely totally on the Mashgiach no matter who he is, we have to go and investigate the kitchen situation see whom we are relying on, would I rely on him or her for my business advice too? Or if we hear that a cretin product is questionable do we care, or our attitude is: well it has a Kosher symbol on the packaging it's enough for me, the rest it's not my problem.

Sixth, The Kedoshim where reported as hostages for some time, WHY DID HASHEM MAKE THIS into a HOSTAGE SITUATION? Maybe the strong message
is: Hashem is crying out to us and saying: I (Hashem) am hostage for "two thousand years" please turn back to me, do Teshuva from the bottom of your hearts, get me back to the Bais Hamikdosh, A.S.A.P. Hashem is in great pain, being in Golus such a long time is not easy, he is waiting for us to repent, have Achdus and greet Moshiach.

May we all use this horrifying experience to get closer to Hashem, do Teshuva obey our holy Torah, and be Zocha to see with our own eyes the Geulah in the near future. It's taking way to long, say good by to Golus lets welcome Moshiach.
