The ceremony, for Ettinger’s first son, was scheduled to take place at 2 p.m. Monday afternoon.

Ettinger has been detained on administrative detention for close to eight months, having been arrested in August following the infamous Duma terrorist arson in which most of a Palestinian family was burned to death.

He has however not been charged with any crime.

A panel of three Supreme Court justices rejected Ettinger’s appeal to attend, saying that he is a dangerous individual, and that the only solution they would agree to is to conduct the brit mila in the prison where Ettinger is being held with the participation of 15 guests.

Ettinger’s family said yesterday they would not agree to such an arrangement, labeling it “humiliating.”

A brother of Ettinger shouted at the justices following their verdict, calling them “Bolsheviks,” said the Honenu legal advocacy organization, which is representing Ettinger and provides legal representation for Jewish militants and settlers accused of violence against Palestinians.

He was subsequently removed from the hall by security officials.

Attorney Ariel Atri, representing Ettinger, said the decision was “outrageous,” considering that it was based on the Prison Service’s assertion that it could not prepare the security logistics for the event, “in light of the fact that we requested [from the Prison Service] to stage the event eight days ago.”

The Ettinger family has invited the public to the brit mila ceremony in Jerusalem, where several public figures are expected to attend, including rabbis from the hardline national-religious community.

The Zionist enterprise in its fully glory, stopping a young man attending the bris of his bechor. His crime: nothing, he has not been charged with any crime.

if the Ettinger’s are serious they must call for people to resist being drafted into this “Bolshevik” army, this might precipitate the collapse of the state which would inevitably lead to Moshiach’s coming.

Klal Yisrael is wishing you, Meir and Moriya and your parents, a hearty Mazal tov tov. We keep praying for you, Meir, to be released from the hands of the evil villains.

Let’s hope this outright cruelness of not permitting you to be at your son’s bris and keeping you without charges for 8 months! will be the straw that broke the camel’s back and Hashem will take care of those mad Pharaohs running Israel. May it be very, very soon.

Please forward this IMPORTANT message Meir’s wife, Moriya:

A WARNING FROM KLAL YISRAEL: Do NOT take your eyes off your baby. Watch over him with open eyes. Protect him from the G-dless malevolent Zionists who might do to him like they did to his grandfather, Rabbi Meir Kahana Hy”d. Those wicked Erav Rav of the government, the Supreme Court of Terrorists, the Shin-Bet Mafia, are apt to send an Arab to G-d forbid, kidnap your child or even murder him like they did to your grandfather, Hy”d. BE CAREFUL! GUARD HIM WELL and we’ll all continue praying for Meir’s salvation.

These Bolsheviks judges would have allowed Meir to attend the bris of his bechor, but this is their best opportunity to fight this mitzvah against Hashem. It’s not a secret that these radical leftists Torah Haters, G-d Haters, self-proclaimed judges, are desperately trying to outlaw bris milah and shechitah and are just waiting for an opportunity to do so.

Their cruelty is like the “illegal” Synagogues they keep finding and destroying but never destroy any of the dozens of illegal mosques! The Zionists at their best.

His only chance of getting permission to go is to convert to Islam and all of a sudden the democracy feelings will bubble over.

#1 is a troll and #7 and #8 took the words out of my mouth, the Zionists hate the Torah more than they love the Koran. The state is unraveling as we speak, cant hide the glee and may a Torah true government that respects Yahadut take over. Meir Ettinger must be very careful IF he gets out alive as we don&#8 217;t wish for the Mossad to do what they did to his tzadik grandfather.

Is there proof that Rabbi Kahane, HY”D, was murdered through the shin bet? Maybe it was the FBI.
How do these so-called justices in Israel get their jobs?

I don’t understand when an arab is put in prison, after he bombs something or stabs some one, or kills someone, and refuses to eat they send him home. Why are the rules different when it concerns a Israeli Jew???? Unless Israel feels it is safer for him to be in prison then being out and getting killed by a arab for now.

Good for eitinger, he’s the same terrorist like all Arabs.
