Penza, Russia - Police officers have detained a local resident suspected of setting a fire to the premises of a Penza synagogue in June 2005.
"Charges were brought against the suspect. He signed a written pledge not to leave," the press service of the local police department said today.
On June 9, 2005, the suspect poured flammable liquid in an open window of the synagogue and ignited it. A criminal case on charges of willful destruction of property was opened the same month. These charges can be brought against a person over 14 years old. The suspect was 17 at the time of the crime.

What joke the Russian's are. Someone in the neighborhood sets the local synagogue on fire, they can't find him for 3 years, now when they do located him they just make him sign a paper that he will stay around. Hahahahah
And theses are the people who blame the US for the India massacre?
