Berlin – A German court says a group of Islamic extremists who patrolled the streets of the city of Wuppertal in orange vests with the words “Sharia police” can be tried for violating laws against wearing uniforms with political messages.

The Duesseldorf state court on Tuesday reversed a lower court’s dismissal of the case after prosecutors appealed.
The group of nine men made headlines in 2014 when they attempted to establish “Sharia police” in Wuppertal to enforce a strict interpretation of Islam. They patrolled some parts of the city repeatedly asking people to stop drinking alcohol or visiting nightclubs.
One, Sven Lau, was also indicted by federal prosecutors last month on suspicion of supporting a foreign terror group.
Hopefully the tznuis police & mafia in Willamsburg will share the same fate
Lol!
Last thing Natzis thought that Muslims will be potrolling German streets and inforce the sharia law on them!
I love hearing this kind of stuff about Germany.

Bullies, by any name, remain bullies. Sadly, it’s not limited to Germany.
What makes “sharia” political? Yes, these weirdos were impersonating police – that’s illegal. What were they doing, exactly, during these illegal patrols? Imposing what they claim is their ascetic lifestyle on passersby, or attempting to radicalize passersby to ISIS? It’s interesting how this is considered Islamic extremism, but serious crimes against humanity in the name of radical Islam are glorified as “freedom fighting.”
I’m curious, if Jewish people who subscribe to an extra-strict lifestyle went around Berlin wearing “mehadrin” vests, pressuring passersby to adhere to their high standards, would this also be considered politically motivated?
