No mercy should be shown to rubashkin or to his cohorts. This is a being who has demonstrated his audacity many times over. He thinks he is holier then thou and is above the law! He should be prosecuted and persecuted to the full extent of the law, both on this world and in the next!
The judges reasoning for denying Rubashkin bail should be troubling every jew. I only wish I could listen to Brenner’s show but I don’t have 25 min. to burn on listening to advertisments. Mabe someone can post the strtagies (if any)that are discussed on the program.
