Washington – Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says Donald Trump needs to raise much more money, quickly, if he expects to win the presidential campaign against Democrat Hillary Clinton.

Asked on ABC’s “This Week” whether the presumptive GOP nominee can win with the paltry fundraising he reported last month, McConnell says, “No…he needs to catch up and catch up fast.”
Campaign finance reports show Trump entered June with just $1.3 million in the bank. Clinton’s war chest at the same time was $42 million.
Trump has said his fund-raising will show improvement for the next reporting period.
McConnell also refused to say whether Trump is qualified to be president. And he suggested he doesn’t expect the GOP platform to reflect Trump’s ideas.
Because all Car Roves fundraising last time around took him very far? I think he lost every single election he poured money into. I am not convinced that money really matters that much. Its more about the right personality and charisma. if there is any area where Trump needs to improve on, I think its more in his tone and rehtoric. I think he should perhaps fundraise for disdavantaged children of legal immigrants as he did for the vets. the message would be I am not against mexicans only illegal ones. And those that are here legaly I am ready to assist you. Things like that would go alot of further.
