If the news in the Jewish street is reliable, it seem that this morning, that’s exactly what happened. According to rumors, Chen argued that Israel has no right to try him or even to demand his incarceration, due to the fact that he no longer lives in Beitar Illit and thus does not fall under Israel’s jurisdiction.

According to the reports, Chen’s argument is that Beitar Illit is not part of Israel and therefore the demand to arrest and hold him is illegal. The Brazilian court apparently accepted this argument and set him free, according to the report.

Last Sivan, after a lengthy manhunt, Chen turned himself in to Brazilian police, after several long weeks of reports that he was staying in Brazil. Local police executed several searches but failed to locate him, only contacting his wife and family who were in touch with him during that period. Chen ultimately realized he couldn’t escape the Brazilian authorities and decided to surrender himself.

In Israel, Chen is suspected of molesting minors, soliciting the molestation of minors, assault of minors, soliciting assault of minors and conspiracy to execute a felony. It will be noted that the arrest warrant is being handled by the international legal division of the Israeli police together with Interpol.

People who do, the things which he did, are mentally and emotionaly ill and can’t help themselves and never get cured so they are guaranteed to be repeat offenders.

If he did it so many times and for so many years, until now, it’s inevitable that he will continue his sick pattern, in the country, where he is now and then he will no longer have the excuse of a lack of Jurisdiction.

Normally I would be also saying it is ossur to turn a fellow Jew in. But, this crazy guy is a real danger to the very lives of children. I believe he is a rodaif
    He must be stopped.

This creep not only believes in physically beating children, but seems to gather followers and convince them that his sick ways are good for the children.

I have never turned a Jew in before, and I have never been willing to back turning any Jew over to any authorities. But with this lunatic, I say: STOP HIM BY ANY MEANS.

I would NEVER advocate violence. Period. But, this insane psycho will kill children if not stopped. I would almost be tempted to take his life myself if I had the courage.

He is a person who thinks it is good for a child to be physically, violently beaten..

Actually I think his argument is correct. Israel does not treat the teritories as israel land, thus evicting jews from their homes only to give it to arabs. Every person who buys an apartment in beitar signs a stipulation that he is waiving his rights of compinsation if the land is returned (did you know about it?) Why should Brazil treat the land better than the israeli goverment. Chen should be tried and sentenced to sit/fry in Brazil (I wish this was possible) what a sick monster.

There is no problem turning these animals over to the authorities. According to Rav Moshe Halberstaam zt”l the aveiro of Mesiro probably only exists if a jew is not treated to a fair justice system.

It is this MESIRA excuse that our children are at risk by frum looking crooks.
