The Fire Department and police say none of the injuries appear to be life-threatening.
Police say the incident occurred around 1:15 p.m. Thursday on Fifth Avenue between 62nd and 63rd streets.
They say a taxi cut off the bus, which has an open top. It went off the road, landed on a sidewalk and hit a tree head-on.
