Monsey, NY – The Spring Valley Police Department is turning to the public for assistance in identifying a man suspected of burglarizing five local businesses.

The burglaries took place on August 18th at an office building located at 55 Union Road.
Detective Robert Bookstein of the Spring Valley Police Department told VIN News that the suspect broke into five different offices, taking an unspecified cash from just one.
Surveillance video taken from the building’s security camera captured images of the man who is white, of unidentified height, wearing a maroon shirt and black pants, shoes and yarmulka.
“We hope that someone who sees the pictures can identify him,” said Detective Bookstein.
