Woodbury, NY – Monroe Youths Stopped By Police In Car Stolen From KJ During First Day Of Yom Tov

    Woodbury, NY – Two Monroe teenagers stopped by police on Ninninger Road in a pre-dawn hours on first day of succos were found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle, taken from a Kiryas Joel parking lot.

    The two youths, ages 14 and 15, were driving at 2 AM Monday morning when they were pulled over by Officer Eric Hardin of the Town of Woodbury Police Department. When asked to produce his license, the driver admitted that he didn’t have a license and after further questioning acknowledged that the car was stolen.

    The two teenagers were turned over to their parents. Police said that they could release no further details of the incident as they continue their investigation.
