    The 103 year old Rabbi, and The leader of the party “United Torah Judaism” was hospitalized last week.

    In recent days there has been considerable improvement in the medical condition and this morning, after a series of tests and doctor’s consultation, it was decided to release him to his home.

    Since the death of Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv in 2012, Rabbi Steinman is widely regarded as the leader of the generation (the “Gadol Hador”) of the Lithuanian world.
