Jerusalem – Fadi al-Qanbar, 28, carried out the ramming attack in southeastern Jerusalem’s Armon Hanatziv neighborhood on Sunday, killing four soldiers and wounding 16 others.

Qanbar, who comes from the nearby Jebl Mukaber neighborhood, was not a member of a “militant” organization or a violent person, a relative of his told Israel Radio.
“We were surprised; he was not a member of Hamas or a former prisoner. He never harmed anyone or caused problems,” the relative said.
In contrast, a number of Palestinian media outlets reported that Qanbar had served time in Israeli prison.
In the most recent wave of Arab violence, many attackers have planned and undertaken attacks without organizational backing.
Qanbar’s sister, who learned of her brother’s death on social media, told a group of reporters in Jebl Mukaber that her brother was married and had two daughters and two sons. She praised him for carrying out the attack.
“Praise God. Our Lord chose martyrdom for him. He went out without warning [us] and without [the support of] a group… He was on his own. Our Lord chose him,” Qanbar’s sister told the Al-Quds News Network, a Palestinian news site.
Qanbar’s sister also said that security forces raided her family’s home on Sunday and arrested five of her family members.
Meanwhile, Hamas welcomed the attack minutes after it took place, calling it “heroic.”
“Hamas blesses the heroic and courageous Jerusalem operation, which is a natural response to the crimes of the Israeli occupation and its violations at the expense of our people, land and holy sites,” Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said. “This operation is an affirmation that the resistance and the Jerusalem intifada are ongoing and that all attempts to kill, criminalize and terrorize at the expense of our people and resistance in Jerusalem will not break the will of the resistance.”
The Palestinian Authority and Fatah have yet to comment on Sunday’s attack.
On social media, some Palestinian activists came out in support of the truck-ramming, using the hashtag “IntifadaBus.”
On the other hand, some Palestinians expressed their opposition to the attack. “We are with peace. We are with peace. We are against operations,” a resident of Jebl Mukaber told Channel 2.
Cut off all electricity, water and gas to all Arabs. Do not allow Arabs to be employed in Israel. Do not allow any Arabs out of their homes.

Israel must shut down the internet and social media in the entire west bank, in order to preserve the lives of their citizens.
When mass murder through the internet was initiated in 2005 in Urumqi, capital of Muslim Xinjiang, in northwestern China, which left over 200 Hans chinese dead, China shut down, the Internet and all social media in the entire province for one full year. Gradually they allowed certain qualifying businesses and individuals to have the internet back, via registration, and certain criteria. In addition, in order to totally eliminate the threat of car/truck/tractor ramming, Israel must prohibit all East Jerusalem and west bank Arabs, from driving any type of vehicle in the internal Israeli landscape, just as they are prohibited from carrying any type of firearm or weapon. Razing the terrorists house is no deterrent, since the hamas social services rebuild a new home for the family and provide child support via their social welfare services for all martyrs, and the martyr goes direct to paradise, a win win for the family in this world and the terrorist in the afterworld. Good deal for the terrorist and his/her family, bad deal for the Israeli victims, and their families and friends. The only deterrent would be to institute the type of punishment China has in store for any individual supporting in any way any act of terrorism. In this case the terrorists sisters statement “praise the lord, who chose him for martyrdom” applauding her brothers heinous act, in China it would be her last statement in her lifetime on this earth! No wonder china is the world’s most safest and secure country, where crime and terrorism is statistically virtually ZERO! Instead of the Israeli government only allowing in 20000 chinese constructure workers, they should bring in 100000, thus replacing all !

The appropriate, natural response to such a dastardly attack would be to wipe out the entire city that spawned the devil. But, as Jews, we have the supernatural ability to control our tempers and retain our humanity and only attempt to achieve justice through means that won’t trample on liberal (in)sensibilities.
If we are kind to the wicked, we will be cruel to the kind.
This is exactly what is happening, ad we bend over backwards to help the Arabs, who just laugh at us and do their best to destroy us!
It is time to ignore world opinion, which is flagrantly against us, and time to build and support Jewish Israel!!!
Up to now, we ignore all the illegal building done in Arab neighborhoods, and destroy Jewish communities because Arabs “claim” that Jews are occupying “their” land.
