In the video uploaded to his Facebook page Saturday, Benjamin Netanyahu addresses the people of Iran in English, with Farsi subtitles. He says he will soon discuss with President Donald Trump how to counter the threat of an Iranian regime that calls for Israel’s destruction, but that he distinguishes between the regime and the people.

“You have a proud history. You have a rich culture. Tragically, you are shackled by a theocratic tyranny,” he says.

Israel regards Iran as its most dangerous adversary because of its nuclear program, development of long-range missiles and continued support for militant groups. Netanyahu considers a nuclear-armed Iran a threat to his country’s very existence.‎

In the President’s inaugural speech he said eradicating ISIS is one of his primary objectives. Since the Iranian despots support ISIS, it’s only a matter of time.

We are your friends. We are open minded. You want to destroy Israel. Our brains fell out and we can’t find them.

When will this pandering end? I & millions of Israelis are not a friend of Iran, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Egypt, Yemen, Syria etc. So do NOT speak for me, Mr. Netanyahu.

It was a courageous statement by a wise leader. Netanyahu has thrown the ball back into the Iranian court to let them decide to accept or reject it.
The Iranians want to be the dominant force in that region, and I see them rejecting Netanyahus peace overtures. Muslim fanatics will hate them since peace is not a viablle option for their quest to dominate all of the Muslim world.
