Brooklyn, NY - Hasidic Comedian Yoli Lebovits Uses You Tube To Make You Laugh |

Brooklyn, NY - Yoily Lebovits, a.k.a. Pester Rebbe, the famous frum Chasidishe comedian, has done it again! Released today, his two-minute mock-inauguration clip in Yiddish, has already received honors from YouTube. The clip was created to generate publicity for “Kugel & Pickle” a fundraiser concert that Lebovits will be running this Motzai Shabbos. (the funds raised is for a charity)
Yoely realized that in these difficult times, a smile is more necessary than ever. Banking on his years of experience in hospitals and private occasions, the badchen recently decided that YouTube was a powerful outreach tool. This way, he can easily share humor with the masses. Now, that’s not funny.

It's about time Lipa won't be talked about, mentioned, or be the talk about town.
Until now it was non stop Lipa and now we will have a new scandal.
We can just see the rabanim talking about chasidishe olerlight going on youtube And for those who do not know what youtube is all about the rabanim will have to explain what youtube is and then the people who would not even care to check it out will bechecking it out. The negativity is deafening. I see this as a great thing, at least jewish productions are starting to improve so that we can have a decent choice when it comes to entertainment!

The humor would get lost in translation. It is all about his inauguration as Rebbe. Implying all sorts of things based on what is going on today all around us.
To understand this it pays to learn Yiddish. Trust me on that one!
