The Arizona senator was asked in an interview for NBC’s “Meet the Press” how he felt about President Donald Trump’s tweet criticizing “the fake news media” that said “it is the enemy of the American people.”

McCain tells “Meet the Press,” ”The fact is we need you.”

He adds: “When you look at history, the first thing dictators do is shut down the press.”

McCain says he isn’t saying Trump is trying to be a dictator but “we need to learn the lessons of history.”

The press in this country is a manipulated press; not a free press. It’s owned and controlled by one-percenters who do not have “we the people” in their vocabulary. I support Trump 100% on his push back on these media miscreants. He is on record as supporting honest journalism and honest reporters. His push back is not on the press as an institution, but rather on the corruption of the press. Don’t generalize, Rabosai.

Global news reported Trumpf’s insulting tweet that the media is America’s number one enemy. Only a lout w dictatorial bloodlines could say that, worse yet by a so-called Prez. There’s no defense for him, only depose him.

You do not find out the news in this country. They delay it. You find out more news even if you do not like the site on BBC, Reuters, Toronto Globe and Mail, etc. Any foreign paper will give you news faster than the American news.

Trump is worse than dictators in Central Asia; at least they don’t run their mouths sounding like complete morons when they attack journalists. Trump is humiliating the United States when he tweets or runs his mouth with fake stories and made up facts. Today Sweden is mocking the United States because Trump made up a story that Muslims committed a terror attack in Sweden last night when it never happened.
This man is a dangerous narcissist with mental health issues who lives in alternative universe. Everyday is a reality TV show for him. He is not bound by facts or accountability and cannot make sound decisions or direct policies when he chronically lies and believes made up stories that his team feeds him from Fox News and Breitbart. The GOP is slowly waking up as Trump and his team of amateurs are difficult to defend.

So who was it that suppressed Arutz-7, literally wiped it out by “legal” fiat (and even tried – but failed – to pass laws that would would have blocked its internet site as well).
