Brooklyn, NY - An obviously Jewish supreme court judge found himself the victim of a hate crime on Sunday morning as he walked down a Borough Park street.

According to reports in The Daily News, Judge Noach Dear, who serves as a civil court justice in the Brooklyn Supreme Court, was walking to his car near Maimonides Hospital at the northeast corner of Fort Hamilton Parkway and 49th Street when the incident occurred at approximately 8 AM.

After Dear ignored a verbal assault from an unidentified man, the man continued the barrage shouting “You (obscenity) Jew, don’t you have a mouth?”

Police said that as Dear got into his vehicle and called 911, the suspect took pictures of his car before fleeing in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described by police as a white man in his mid fifties, 5’9 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds and dressed in grey sweats.

Dear reportedly told police that he believes that he was not personally targeted in the attack and that the suspect likely thought he was a member of the hospital’s medical team.

The incident is being investigated by the NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force.

Dear did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the incident.

This happens all the time unfortunately. You probably can't find a Jew who wears a yarmulke that at one time or another was cursed out.

You said a mouthful. Most Yidden have suffered all their lives from abuse by Gentiles. It was much worse in the old days when the City had a larger percentage of Irish and Italian Catholics. Unlike Noach Dear who loves any publicity, we don't have anyone to complain to when a gentile calls us a dirty name,

I remember growing up in BP in the '60s and you wouldn't walk past 16th ave because the Irish goyim there would curse you out and grab your yarmulke away if you came into their territory. Same with the Italians who were not much better.
