Yair Lapid, head of the centrist Yesh Atid party, has supported Macron in a Facebook post

The former finance minister says that “this is a struggle between the moderate center and dangerous populism.”

Noting that Monday is Israel’s Holocaust memorial day, Lapid says French voters should back Macron over a candidate “who denies the French role in the Holocaust of French Jews.”

The French Embassy says Le Pen got just 4 percent of votes cast by French citizens living in Israel— a reflection of her unpopularity with Jewish voters. It says center-right candidate Francois Fillon received 60 percent and Macron 31 percent.

Mr Lapid the 21st century version of anti semetic vicous crimes are being prepretrated by Muslims . Populism that’s tough on Muslims is the answer to never again .

Furthermore, foreign governments should not be mingling in other country’s elections .

Lapid fails to see who the real enemy is . So sad

If Lapid is endorsing Macron, then the obvious choice is Le Pen.

I see it says that Macron is a ‘centrist’. This is a joke. Macron is a socialist who split from the socialist party because socialists (communists) cannot get elected there.

Macron made a party of 1 and declared himself to be a ‘centrist’ and all the liberal American media sources are echoing his candidacy.

I note there are more members of Le Marche (Marcon’s new party) than the Socialists. If I had a vote, he would get it.
