West Bank – A Palestinian terrorist was shot to death Thursday after attempting to stab a soldier near Tekoa in the Etzion Bloc.

According to initial reports a Palestinian man approached a checkpoint near the Palestinian village of Tuqua and attempted to stab a soldier.
Soldiers opened fire and killed the assailant, who was named as 26-year-old Muhammed Hussein Tnouh.
No injuries to IDF soldiers were reported.
Meanwhile, at around the same time, a school bus headed from Gush Etzion to the Israeli settlement of Tekoa sustained damages after being pelted with stones.
Four children were reported to be receiving medical treatment for shock.
