The Oval Office and other working quarters of the West Wing have been cleared of furniture while crews work on upgrades, including to the heating and air conditioning system. Spokeswoman Lindsay Walters said the system is 27 years old.

Workers also are fixing leaks, repairing the South Portico steps, renovating the Navy mess kitchen and West Wing lower lobby, and updating the IT system.

West Wing staffers who aren’t with Trump at his New Jersey golf course have been temporarily relocated to an office building next to the White House.

I want slot machines at the entrance. Anyone coming in needs to pass a few rows of slot machines to warm them up before they can get ANWYHERE. Roulette all the way in the back. And we need a stage. Huuuge. Something that can handle a Circ DeSoleil. And would you start hiring some PRETTY girls? I’m going to make this place a world-class venue, so it has to have knock-out gorgeous hot chicks.

Isn’t it very odd, that only days after Trump called the White House a “dump”, extensive renovations are taking place? I know that the White House in the past has experienced termite problems, and it has special termite traps located around the periphery of the property.
