Brooklyn, NY – Firefighters say two floors have collapsed in a Brooklyn building under renovation, but no one has been seriously hurt.

The Fire Department says no one was trapped inside when the third and fourth floors of a four-story building at 172 Division Avenue fell around 6:45 p.m. The building is near Roebling Street in the Williamsburg neighborhood.

The city Buildings Department hasn’t immediately returned a telephone call. One worker was transported to the hospital for minor injuries.

No construction premit on WB collapsed building, construction stopped, Building Dept contacted owner

The buildings department is busy going after signs and not going after real problams like this building collapse.

They did’nt pay the mortgage so the building foreclosed on itself.
