Monticello NY +Major Accident+ Rt. 17 E/B at exit 105 Hatzolah EMS on location of the MVA with entrapment req. FD Rescue from Rock Hill with the jaws to respond also State Flight Air-2 to launch.

Car is overturned on its side between the guardrail, FD cutting to roof for extricating, State Flight will not be able to make it because of the weather.
