Brooklyn, NY +Military Device Found+ NYPD are on the scene with ESU and requesting the Bomb Squad, EMS and FD to respond in for a suspicious military device that was found on Franklin Avenue and Lincoln Place, area is shut down.   U/D: 15:47 Bomb Squad has properly id’ed the suspicious device.
