Washington - On any given day, work is humming at the White House long before the president awakens about 6:30 a.m.

Last Friday, NBC News was given rare access to record a documentary about life in the Obama administration — continuing a longtstanding NBC tradition of doing "day in the life" programs with new presidents, including Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush.

NBC- National Barack Channel. Watch this station and MSNBC. They never criticize Obama. They are so to the left. If you watch Maddow, Mathews, Olberman all they talk about is GOP, Bush, and Fox News and Rush Limbaugh and the station fabricates by making up their own stories. MSNBC by liberals for liberals. They are very liberal and Fox News Rocks in the Ratings and they are Pro Israel.

Every time I turn on the TV, he is taking his motorcade around Washington to another treife restaurant with an entourage of 30 secret service cars. Last weekend, he flew the "small" Air Force One (only a Boeing 777 rather than 747) up to Kennedy Airport, helecopter to lower manhattan, then shut down the city most of the night while his motorcade went to dinner in the Village and a show in Times Square.

Right, just a regular guy.

I find all of these shows, make america seem week. You end up loosing respect for the president- Thinking, oh its a normal guy like anyone else.
That is not what a president of a country should look like- it represents weakness of a country, definetly not a smart move of the president to become so public.

I'm sure he would have preferred to take Amtrack, but the secret service won't let him. I don't recall President Bush driving himself to his Texas ranch either. They don't pretend to be "regular guys" but they want to show they can understand the regular guy. BTW -- I don't want a regular guy or gal as president - I want someone a lot smarter, more knowledgable, more articulate and harder working than a regular guy.

President Bush wouldnt have had the gall to party in public with his wife on a trip to NYC the day before taking over as the GOD of Government Motors. If he would have done it, the press would have been all over him. But if the annointed one does it, the Obamamania state controlled media says he's a regular guy.

"I don't want a regular guy or gal as president - I want someone a lot smarter, more knowledgable, more articulate and harder working than a regular guy.” Well you sure didnt get him this time around!!!
