This is a non-issue. It a picture showing that Obama was relaxed while talking to Netanyahu and was meant to convey a sort of comfort level between the two men. Those making an issue out of it are just looking for something to be negative about. There is enough to be negative about without dreaming up nonsense!

#No. 6: Thank you for comment...and thank you VIN for your brief and sensible editorial. Voices of sanity are much appreciated.
Unfortunately, the thread will now shift from the original article to this one, and the ranters and ravers will have another opportunity to post their embarrassing diatribes, motivated not by the need for calm, rational thought, but by their blind hatred of Obama. Sadly, from such Jews there appears little hope of measured and calm rational thought. G-d knows, there is enough about Obama to be critical of without going off the deep end.
And all of us need to internalize what Rabbi Lazer Brody wrote on his website today (Lazer Beams): "Hashem put Obama in power...Obama and his threat against hundreds of thousand of Jewish homes in Judea, Samaria, and the suburbs of Jerusalem are merely a wake-up call designed for us to strengthen ourselves in teshuva and emuna."
So, as VIN says: "People! It's no big deal!" Thank you VIN for getting it right.

I think Obama was sending a message to the MUSLIM WORLD: 'Hey look, I am sticking my shoes up in the face of Israel"....this guy is a closet Muslim. No doubt about it.

The point is not that "Jews are not Muslims or Arabs" because the message being sent was not primarily addressed to Jews but rather to the Muslims and Arabs. Obama, who is very knowledgeable in regard to Muslim/Arab culture, chose this particular photo (from the multiple photos taken at multiple intervals from multiple angles that the White House photographer routinely takes of this as well as all other events) in order to send a message to the Muslim/Arab world that he has no respect for Israel or Jews. He was telling them that he is completely on their side.

Socialism is the greatest evil that has befallen mankind in its history. All the terrible massacres of the 20th century were the doing of socialists. As for those socialist "pioneers" whom you so admire for "building" Israel, you can keep them. How many Jewish souls did they deliberately destroy? They were worse than the Germans, who only killed Jews' bodies and not their souls. Israel still suffers from its socialist past. Nor were the Arabs they fought in any way right-wing. So the Nazi Holocaust was perpetrated by Left wing Socialism? That’s news to me.
The real enemy of humanity, as PMO rightly pointed out, is extremism. We have suffered both from Right wing extremists, and from Left wing extremists.
For some reason, in the US, there are only two World-Views possible. You only have two choices. Either you’re a democrat socialist, (believe in Man-made global warming, environmentalism, pro-choice) or you’re a Capitalist Republican (pro-life, anti tax anti-government health-care etc).
Its forbidden to think for yourself out of these two boxes. If you vote Republican, than Socialism is pure Evil. If you vote Democrat then Capitalism is pure Evil. And that all there is to it.
Thank G-d I live in a country where it IS permitted to think for yourself.
