New Square ranks fourth in New York state behind Brookville, Romulus and Kiryas Joel. Kaser ranks ninth.

Kaser grew almost 8 percent in one year, between 2007 and 2008 - a rate surpassed in the tristate area only by three municipalities in New Jersey: East Rutherford, Swedesboro and Harrison.

The estimates generated by the U.S. Census Bureau are based on building permits reported by the municipalities, as well as countywide population trends.

Census records show more than 600 new housing units in New Square since 2000, and more than 160 in Kaser. In 2007, 23 buildings with 73 housing units were approved in Kaser.

Question is Kaser what was just called "Viznitz" off of 306?

If yes, Last year I was in Monsey for Shabbos and they were building numerous units (Kein yirbu) with their backs to Rt 306 and they were all for 8-10 families.

There are very very few three unit buildings in Kaser. Most are 5-10 unit buldings.
These Buildings have overpopulated Monsey while also making it very dirty and disgusting.
P.S. I am i viznitz chussid who has lived in Monsey for 30 years
