My son is a camper at this camp and is now terrified especially since this attack follows one at the Viznitz Yeshiva (Gibbers) in Kiamesha several weeks ago.
May Hashem watch over and protect us all from evil.

It's actually in Ferndale. For those old enough to remember, this camp is on the site of "Hotel Shalom".

I just spoke to the Camp Rabbi and he told me that the GOY walked in after 10PM and just started knocking our Rabbi Wosner for NO reason just plain Anti Semitisim..
It reminds me when i was a Bucher and Hakudosh Shmiel Duvid Krausz the son of Ratzferter rebber z"l was killed by a neighbor hotel employee...I think the Camps should demand $$$ from the feds to install hidden cameras at the main public areas...

He is my Rav! Oh my gosh! A speedy Refuah Shleima to him. He is a great tzaddik and such a mentch. I believe he is a grandson of the Shevet Levi - the Rav Wosner in Benei Brak.

I wouldn't count on the Liberty cops. I recently got a ticket from a Liberty cop for a puroprted "traffic violation" and the cop spent 5 minutes yelling at me about how "all of you people" and telling me to "tell my friends and associates (I.e all the jews) that this will not be tolerated!! The level of blatant anti-semitism up there is scary

I live alone, and therefore have a television.
When a frum guy, with a beard and payos is paraded in front of the cameras in police custody, it is not a good day for the Jews.
No matter who the victim is.
Most Americans were exposed to terrible stories about Jews on Thursday.
Unfortunately, the fallout of this exposure is being felt across our fruited plain.
All those who keep yelling anti-semitism really don't get it.
I also wish it weren't so.
The news is presented in the media, with details, and background information.
The American culture is often driven by the news...
Those who don't have televisions seem to be unaware of this reality.
when I see the posts of my fellow Jews, babbling about the tragedies, nisyonos, and indiscretions of others, I have to wonder what is the to'eles?
Are you trying to rile up the masses, or do you truly want people to improve? Is another person's pain the source of your entertainment? What if the one who gets hurt is your brother?
Those who enjoy the salacious details need to buy a television, where they can be entertained by fictitious drama, instead of the misdeeds of a few misguided fools.
I imagine it would be a mitzva for those individuals to watch TV.
1. It would keep them out of trouble.
2. It would significantly reduce lashon hora, rechilus, motzi shem ra, and ona'as devorim.
3. It would expose those phonies who use vos iz neias to cover up for their appetite for avodah zara, shefichas damim, and mostly.. gilui arayos.
May Hashem forgive our discretions because we have become inspired to do teshuva, instead of always blaming others.

the only thing that can help these painful stories go away is if we as Hashems children work on ourselves everyday and show Hashem we got the message
