Washington - Pelosi Uses Swsatika Remark To Downplay Angry Town Hall Meeting Protesters
Washington - The Democratic Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, recently denounced the protesters at health care town hall meetings as people who carry swastikas.
In a short interview that has been released on the Internet, Nancy Pelosi called the protesters at health care town hall meetings as people who carry swastikas.
Her entire statement was, “I think they are Astroturf … you be the judge. They’re carrying swastikas and symbols like that to a town meeting on health care.”
During the August recess, the Republicans and Democrats are going after one another through targeted advertisements. This week, the Democratic National Committee released a statement criticizing the Republican Party.
The Republican Minority Whip leader Ohio Congressman John Boehner released a video criticizing Pres. Obama on health care.
Animosity continues to grow throughout the summer.
