Brooklyn, NY – Residents in Windsor Terrace are up in arms after a pair of thugs pelted a house with eggs and rocks while shouting anti-Semitic slurs, witnesses said.

The alleged bias incident, which took place on Prospect Ave., is the second such crime to rattle the neighborhood in recent weeks – and comes on the heels of other high-profile anti-Semitic incidents across the borough.
“This came out of left field. I feel 40% anger and 60% fear,” said Lenny Speregen, 49, who was awakened about 2 a.m. by eggs and rocks battering his bedroom window and front door.
“My family lives here,” added Speregen, a commercial diver and father of two grown kids.
On Sept. 22, a security camera at a nearby Jewish school caught a hatemonger spray-painting the school’s front with the words “F— the Jews,” school officials said.
Last month, several streets in Bay Ridge, Boerum Hill and Clinton Hill were blanketed with handwritten notecards bearing the words “Kill Jews.”
“I’m worried that anti-Semitism is on the rise in this area,” said Rabbi Moshe Hecht, who oversees the defaced school, Chai Tots, near Speregen’s home.
Speregen said the hatemongers ran away when he stormed outside to confront them but reappeared for more attacks when he went to get a brush to clean up the mess.
“It surprises me, I wouldn’t have suspected it from this neighborhood,” said Speregen, who moved in two years ago and thinks he heard the attackers yell an anti-Semitic slur.
Speregen called the cops after they left and filed a report. Cops are investigating the incident.
It’s about time the NYPD deploy a special unit to Windsor Terrace to handle this.

It is amazing how NYPD tries to not report and follow up on anti-Jew Hate crimes. It is even more amazing how the push is so strong when the hate crime involves anti black feelings. An example woul dbe the hundreds of leaflets printed in the last months.
I do not condone anti anything crimes, I am asking that NYPD treat them all equally.

Sensationalist reporting is sensationalist! What’s next, Abe Foxman from ADL is going to release a study based on 3 incidents claiming that antisemitism in Brooklyn is on the rise by 400%? Get real people. When Jews will start being harassed in different neighborhoods in the streets, in the stores, at work, from the media, by the government then you can start panicking and saying that antisemitism is on the rise, but when some group of teens throw eggs or Kill Jews slogans, it’s not a sign of rising antisemitism, but of isolated pattern.
