Bogorodsky, Russia – Police in Bogorodsk, Russia (Nizhny Novgorod region) detained a man suspected of vandalizing the local cemetery multiple times, according to the national daily “Komsomolskaya Pravda.”

In September and October, someone smashed a total of 74 gravestones at the cemetery and painted swastikas and Stars of David on some of them.
Police reportedly caught the 25-year-old suspect in the act of vandalizing gravestones again at the same cemetery, (as was reported here on VIN News). The article reported that he has a record of mental illness.
