Killen, TX - The U.S Army Lt. General Robert Cone just made a significant anoncemnt that contrary to media reports in past 4 hours, the suspected shooter 39 year old Army Major Malik Nadal Hasan was wounded in the shootout but is in stable condition, and is in police custody.

One of the first people to shoot Hasan was a civilian female police officer who was shot but survived, said Cone, who added that earlier reports of a civilian officer dying were incorrect.

The General also reiterated, that at this time they strongly believe that Hasan was the lone gunman, and no other suspects are in custody. The general also said that Hasan used a semi-automatic gun, and not two hand guns that has been previously reported.

Baruch hashem...it is important that the police have the opportunity to talk with him to determine whether any others were involved. He will be subject to a military rather than civilian trial so the liklihood of a plea agreement is very small.

No useful info will be obtained, did you forget that Mr. Obama has forbiden harsh interogation-plus he has CAIR, and ACLU in his corner. He will probably only get probation.

This guy is a US citizen. The "harsh interrogation" you speak of is, has and always will be illegal for US citizens (although it would be nice to make an exception in this case).

These "animals" infiltrated every aspect of society, they are part of the Army, Navy, FBI, CIA, Airline personnel, etc. They have no value of life, and should not have the privilege of living amongst human beings.

Being a qualified phsych he will claim a phsycotic disorder & prove it. He will be on an army pension, paid by the tax payer until he dies.
They will give him a new ID & name & send him into hiding so that he doesn't get lynched.
Welcome to liberal United States of Obama.

If he will fit enough to stand trial , the indictment will not only against him and hopefully he will not make but his lawyer will use the middle east situation as his defense since his parents are Palestinian. This will be a political theater and not a trial for murder

He will be tried in a military court. That "mentall illness" defense does not fly there like it does in criminal court.
