Roosevelt, NY - Airplane Part Falls from Sky Onto Home's Front Lawn |

Residents called police on the report of a suspicious object on the front lawn of a home in Roosevelt.
Officers found a 3-foot-by-4-foot cone-shaped piece of metal. Investigators determined it had fallen from a commercial airplane last evening.
Police didn't immediately say which airline owned the part.
No one was injured.
