Army Major Nidal Malik Hasan
Lt. Gen. Robert Cone told NBC's "Today" show that suspected shooter, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, made the comment, which is Arabic for "God is great!" before the rampage Thursday that also left 30 people wounded.
Military officials say they are still piecing together what may have pushed Hasan, an Army psychiatrist trained to help soldiers in distress, to turn on his comrades.
Cone says Hasan was not known to be a threat or risk.
Hasan was shot four times during the rampage. Cone says he is hospitalized in stable condition and that military officials will interrogate him as soon as possible.

If you could explain what Obama has done that would literally "give up lives" to avoid racism, I'd love to hear it.
Secondly, our Census has NEVER asked about someone's citizenship because the 14th Amendment to the Constitution specifically did not make a distinction between citizens and non-citizens. The 14th Amendment was to ensure that states received adequate funding and representation based on their TOTAL population "...counting the whole number of PERSONS in each state". Anyone who respects the Constitution, and is in any way educated about our government would realize that they language of the 14th Amendment would have to be changed if we were only going to count citizens. I guess if you get your "news" from Beck and Hannity it would explain why you don't see the flaw. Neither of them respect the Constitution (both supported throwing out the 4th Amendment with the Patriot Act), and neither one has any real education to speak of.
That being said, I agree with your point that illegals should not be counted, and I would definitely support abolishing the 14th Amendment in favor of a new one.

The handguns he used were purchased privately, but all members of the U.S. Army are issued weapons which are kept by the unit Arms Room while in garrison. My question is not how he got into the army but how did this chipmunk get to be a field grade officer?

I forgot 2 more actual FACTS for you on this point.
1. The changes would have cost approximately $9 BILLION to change forms, retrain staff and change the databases where the information is stored. Are you OK with spending $9 BILLION to violate the 14th Amendment? I'm not.
2. This law that you say Obama "changed"... which he didn't change because it has been the law since 1868, was never even seen by him. This law which would authorize a violation of the 14th Amendment never made it out of the Senate.

OK, I figured the personal attack at me was coming on this one.
You may not be aware, but they say that line every single day when they pray. They use it like we say 'Boruch H"'. So the words themselves are not all you would like to make them out to be.
Secondly, it is quite possible that this guy was a devout terrorist (or terrorist sympathizer) who was bent on causing death to Americans and just waiting for his opportunity. It is equally possible that this man was mentally unstable and something caused a psychotic break... much like the proverbial "postal worker" who shows up to work with an AK47 and kills a dozen people.
Being an honest person, the only thing I can say is.... I don't yet know what his motivations were (neither do you) and will wait to hear the actual FACTS.
I will say this however. Just because SOME Jews run ponzi schemes, doesn't make all Jews crooks. Just because SOME Jews beat women bloody in the street for showing their ankles does not make every Jew a violent criminal. Just because SOME Muslims try to kill Americans out of some phony religious fanaticism, doesn't mean they all do. Those are the FACTS I will start with.

First of all noone said anything about Bush let alone loving him. Second, don't take things out of context, my comment was that, Liberals, who you love so much deny the fact that there is a faction of radicals in the country who pose a huge threat to everything this nation stands for. Nothing was said about the Islamic religion as a whole. Bush was always seperating the radicals from the Islamic religion.

We respect the Constitution but it isn't our Torah, and so we so support it unequivocally. That is to say, we respect it when it accomplishes good things, but we realize its limitations when it causes bad things to happen. When it protects Americans, the Constitution is a good thing. When it prevents Americans from protecting themselves, it leaves something to be desired.

From all the news reports it appears this Major is a career military man and that in his current position for less than a year and was not going well. He did not want to be deployed and in fact wanted out of the Army, so he paid back his military student loans and hired an attorney.
The reason may have been that he was being harassed and called names like “camel jockey ”. I guess all that sensitivity training for those with bigotry tendencies are all for not. (Can training real change the way you were brought up?)
Another reason is called PTSD by proxy, the stress of treating PTSD in other soldiers make you go a little crazy yourself. Its even more stressful because most of the higher ranks don’t even believe in such thing as PTSD. Their denial prompts them to tell suffering soldiers to “drink it off.” Some civilians in the defense dept feel the same way no doubt IMO, it’s why hardly anything is mentioned of PTSD until one of these violent episodes occurs. These people see PTSD as a cop-out or an excuse. First we need to have an understanding that PTSD actually is real before we can ever hope to help treat it (does anyone believe that being shot at or killing your fellow man is not going to affect you in some way either then or in the future?). I guess with the high soldier suicide rate before and after deployment kinda takes care of the complaints from coming in (so those who said he should have just killed himself, well that’s already happening ). What real ticked me off when I heard that the military was trying to say that some soldiers coming back from this war with PTSD or other psychological disorders had “Pre-Existing Conditions” and that the military would not pay to treat them, I think it has been corrected but what a bunch of asses they break you and don’t want to pay.
The final issue is why does the military want to keep people in their ranks that no longer want to be there is it just sheer number? I mean is it ten percent, twenty percent. Is it that it is the only contract in the US that you can’t get out of unless to kill yourself or kill your fellow soldiers? It does not make any sense to me.
I guess the Major could just be another wacko like Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nicholas, of course McVeigh was executed and apparently because Nicholas became a Christian he received a life sentenced. I real think if he gets that far the Major will get the former and not in a million years the latter.
This is so messed up, hopefully they will make some changes that make sense.

Can you please explain to me, with specific references, where the koran teaches these things? I would like you to please cite chapter and verse please. Copying and pasting quotes from Rush Limbaugh's web site is not good enough.
If you are going to make the claim, be prepared to back it up. Otherwise a logical might assume that you are stating lies about a topic you know nothing about.
