Does anyone know good DELL Deals and any specific codes that can also be used online?
And for all people that buy online in general ,you can earn miles by purchasing the same products by going through the American airlines or Continental shopping network and putting in your mileage Frequent flier number. Plus by using a mastercard for purchases there are many times including this month and next that gives you double or tripple miles!

Some of these prices are truly a neis mishamayim. However, its a shame Black Friday is on eruv shabbos this year. It makes it much harder to get all the shopping done and be home in time for licht benchen.

Black friday is on erev Shabbos every year. It is not worth the bother to shop that day. Some stores are making the sales until Sunday because they realize that people put all their efforts into the 6 to 10 a.m. shopping spree and then don't shop the rest of the week.

If a cheap Ipod is your idea of the Ebeshter's gift to klal yisroel, its no wonder we have such wonderful midos and focus on material wealth. Don't worry though, next year, b'yirtzah hasehm, Black Friday will come out on Donershtik.

This was a good laugh for all. But seriously in this bad economy every little bit helps. So if people need to take advantage of a huge sale day, why not? It is unfair and foolish to make fun or try to belittle them and make a yiddish or materialistic issue out of it.

If it is always on friday, than davkah, it has to be eruv shabbos (except in a leap year when during Adar Shenei it could come a day earlier)

Brilliant reasoning except that Thanksgiving generally occurs in Kislev not Adar Sheini...maybe you are thinking about the big sales in BP just before purim??
