Your description of this individual is wrong . The FBI has a translation section and the individuals have no proper FBI agent training .Their function is to translate document or transcribe taped conversation from various languages into English. FBI agents are trained at a Marine Corps training center. He is not an FBI but an FBI translator or linguist

Why would they hire a known Communist to translate documents and then have no security procedures to ensure ANY translator not steal the information? This is INSANE.
