New York - It’s back to business for New York’s embattled governor.

Gov. David Paterson holds a town hall meeting on the budget Monday in Brooklyn.

There have been calls for him to resign amid two scandals. But Paterson said Sunday at a Brooklyn church that he’s determined to run the state through the end of the year.

The attorney general is investigating whether the governor, his staff and his security detail illegally contacted a woman who accused a Paterson aide of domestic violence.

The state’s Public Integrity Commission has accused him of lying to investigators about his intention to pay for 2009 World Series tickets.

Charlie Rangel didn't pay taxes for years on items that he should of. He couldn't claim ignorance being in of the House Ways and Means Commitee in Congress, yet he got away with it. Leave the Governor alone for a few measley World Series tickets.

That is not as bad as trying to cover up a domestic violence case. Or is ok to beat up a wife and get away with it if the Governor's office rings you up?
