Israel - Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke on the phone with US Vice President Joe Biden for the second time since Wednesday night. The prime minister reiterated that the approval of 1,600 housing units in east Jerusalem was an accident and a misunderstanding.

Sources in the Prime Minister’s Office said they got the impression that the embarrassing affair was over.

Officials in Biden’s entourage and in the White House have been holding talks with the prime minister’s political advisor, Ron Dremer, in a bid to solve the issue.

But are they still building? That is the most important thing. Who cares waht anyone says to biden. When push comes to shove Israel will shove him him out of the way. he is no friend of ours or any Jew. Even the liberal self hating ones who think Biden and his pal Barry obama are on thir side. never forget where barry o comes from and what he really is. An arab, an arab lover, and a hater of Jews. PERIOD. Anything nice he ever said or did on behalf of any jew or jewish cause he did for political reasons. Not because he agrees. When he goes to the arabs and descrtibes their great heritage he speaks from the heart. And bows to the ground just in case you didnt hear what he said.

I agree 100%. This bufoon Biden when questioned during the campaign about Israel, he flippantly remarked that he had been to more Bas Mitzvahs than any other congressman............as if to say that answer should reassure folks.
