Monticello, NY - Police have charged two teenagers with felonies in the rash of gang related graffiti that appeared on several storefronts on Wednesday morning.
A total of 14 separate locations including postal vehicles and the Jewish War Veterans of the United States memorial were vandalized with spray painted graffiti.
Police charged Anthony Laudadio, 19, of Monticello and Joseph Koelpin, 19 of White Sulphur Springs with second-degree criminal mischief.
