Lakewood, NJ +Car into Pole Traffic Alert+ Police are on the scene and searching for the black male driver that took off on foot after his vehicle crashed into a pole on Ocean Road and Congress Street, traffic is heavy and large police activity in the area. Driver is a male black and has a green backpack on him self. U/D: 10:04 Police have driver in custody, after a foot pursuit.

Maybe you mean Ocean Ave? As far as I know there is no Ocean Rd. in Lakewood.
