Wast Bank - Brazil’s president has placed a wreath on the tomb of the late Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat, despite criticism from Israel.

President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva visited Arafat’s grave Wednesday during a trip to the West Bank. Silva also said he supported the Palestinian struggle.
The Brazilian leader has said he would like to play a bigger role in Mideast diplomacy. He is visiting Israel and the Palestinian territories this week.
On Tuesday, Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said he boycotted meetings with Silva because the Brazilian did not visit Theodor Herzl’s grave.
Silva’s office said no such visit had ever been planned.
There was no immediate Israeli reaction to Silva’s visit to Arafat’s grave.

Be glad that this Sonai Yisrael has publicly declared that he was a friend of Arafat YMSVZ and publicly honors Arafat's terrorism and murderous legacy. I just wonder if Brazil's President knows that Arafat was a closet homosexual who died from complication of AIDS/HIV? Perhaps they were good frineds back then. Who knows?
