New York, NY - The Transit Authority acknowledged something happened on the X10 Express bus from Staten Island, but two different stories are coming out. Wall Street banker Michael Goga said that he cleared his throat and coughed. The driver told him he had to get off the bus because he didn’t want germs spread. When Goga refused to leave, the driver took the bus out of service and ordered everyone off in Lower Manhattan. Goga then called police to file a complaint. Transit spokesman Charles Seaton said the driver only wanted Goga to cover his mouth, and the passenger than dialed 911. Police arrived and all passengers were ordered off the bus.

I agree with the bus driver. Why should that guy spread germs to everyone. If your sick stay home. If you are recovering cover your mouth and try not to cough and carry around a small thing of purell.

And if you're a bus driver who gets irritated by something like this, then maybe you should reconsider your job position as a bus driver, being exposed to hundreds if not thousands of people. Inevitably, some passengers will be either suffering from an illness or recovering from one!

Because the media doesn't care about verifying stroies. Verified stories don't sell.
