Woodridge, NY - Firefighters Battling 3rd Alarm Fire at Fellers-Pizza [photos-video]

Woodridge, NY - Firefighters are battling a fire at Woodridge Pizza & Cafe on Broadway, emergency reports indicate.

Firefighters from multiple departments and Catskills Hatzolah are all on the scene at 9 Broadway for the 3-Alarm fire at Fellers Pizza store.

Units on the scene are reporting that a collapse zone has been set up at this time after top floor has collapsed in. According to Times Herald Record Five firefighters were injured battling the blaze, said Sullivan County Deputy Fire Coordinator Bill Lothrop, with most suffering smoke inhalation.

Besides the fact that you should judge every Jew favorably, if you want to burn down a place that only makes money during the summer, you do it AFTER the summer ends, not the first weekend! A more likely explanation is that they were gearing up for production and 'something happened.'

3 years ago in agudah there was a fire that destroyed the entire dining hall... everyone thought camp wouldn't open however they ordered tents and no one knew the difference ..he can put his pizza shop in a tent and go on ...he can call meir frischman i am sure he would happily assist him with all the details..

Most wooden buildings in upstate are UNINSURABLE, due to being made of very flammable wood. When you can find a policy that will cover it, it's usually for up to half the replacement value.

In other words the insurance company will only pay half of the value.

Perhaps he responded as soon as this news was reported, prior to the pictures and full details. Why are you so quick to call people names and condemn them? Especially in the three weeks. A shame!

any time there is a fire upstate the building will burn to the ground the fire dep. Here is as good a u are. They r no FDNY. Even hillcrest FD when they respond u ca expect a ttl collapse. That's y there is KJ FD and in NQ FD real volunteers with a heart and soul.. South fallsburg, woodbourne all the same. Till they come and unpack it all over. This might have bin a small fire that could of bin put out if KJ or fdny were around, don't blame shargi or any one else u can be sure from when the call came in till the water flowed was almost 30 min..

The Sullivan County Fire Deparments in the different villages remind me of the Flinstones TV show during the 60s. THese beer guzzling overweight volunteers dont know which end of the hose to spray. As a vacationeer in the mountains for 23 years, I have seen these clowns in action several times already. They are pathetic and from the stone age.
