This child was taken with a chopper to hospital. I think it's quite serious the condition. It took a very long time until he was stabalized to be able to get on the chopper

let's wait for the facts here, but it seems to me that there are a hugely disproportionate number of Frum children being hit by school buses.

If you live in small town America where rules are taken seriously, you should know that you are not allowed to pass a school bus. I don't understand why you have to slam on your bakes. You should not have been passing the school bus.

The bus didn't have his flashing lights on. That is the sign that the bus is stopping for kids.

Please, the person said he saw the door was open, why would you assume that the lights weren't flashing? I would not be surprised to hear that the buses are designed that the lights automatically go one when the doors are opened.

And probably that is why the driver screamed at him, because he was passing a bus, and the driver was right to scream at him, if he weren't busy with the children, he probably would have called in the car to the police to issue a ticket.

As he said, the bus did NOT have its lights on nor its stop sign out.

BTW - traffic on BOTH sides of the street must stop for a school bus that is signaling.
