Monticello, NY – Cops Seek Break in Leads at Jewish War Vets Hall

Monticello, NY – Police are still seeking leads in a break-in at the Jewish War Veterans Memorial Hall in Monticello.

Thieves broke into the Liberty Street building and stole numerous items, including a sound system, a television, electronic equipment and a $1,000 commercial floor polisher.

The group has had its share of bad luck. This winter, a group of teens marked up its sign during a vandalism spree.

Two years ago, the MIA and American flags that fly out front were stolen.
